+ Does the team have regular office hours?
Yes! The Wild Soul team is available to answer emails from Monday to Friday. You can expect to receive a response within 24-48 hours on weekdays.
+ I want to apply to work with Team Wild Soul. How do I do that?
First off, thank you so much for your interest! All opportunities to work with the team will be posted on our Jobs page when we are hiring. In addition, we will always announce job openings on the mailing list, podcast and Instagram.

Course Policies
+ What is the refund policy for offerings and courses?
There are no refunds, and payment plans may not be canceled once they have been initiated, unless our team has to cancel on our end due to illness, emergency, or other reasons. There are no exceptions for any reason — even if you do not like or resonate with the material or have not started or completed the coursework.
We take enormous care to provide a true feel for the material on the course website, as well as extensively and plainly listing what we are going to be covering, talking about, and teaching in each offering. Please deeply consider your needs before joining any offering and read all course descriptions in full before purchasing.
When in doubt, email Team Wild Soul at info@tarotforthewildsoul.com, and we will go above and beyond to make sure that all of your questions about the material are answered in a totally pressure-free way!
+ What happens if I fall behind on my payment plan or miss a payment?
Our payment processor will automatically retry failed attempts on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th day after the original purchase date and if you haven't updated your payment information before the final attempt, it will automatically unenroll you from the course.
Our team will reach out to you to help you pick up where you left off in your payment plan and in the course or you're welcome to reach out to us at info@tarotforthewildsoul.com.
If we are not able to reach you and if we do not receive payment from you within 60 days, your account will be turned over to our financial team to bring about a resolution.
+ I missed the enrollment deadline for a course. Can I still sign up?
Once enrollment or applications are closed we have a policy not to make any exceptions. Thank you so much for helping us hold to the structures that help support our team and honor the integrity of the course container. We’d love to have you in this or another course in the future if you still feel called!
+ After I take Lindsay’s courses, can I begin to offer the material she teaches in readings and classes?
You are welcome to use this work as a foundation to your learning, to let it infuse into your knowing and provide you with a gateway to your own teachings. However, you may not lift, use, or claim that the work provided in this course is your own without credit to where you learned it. The point of all offerings is to empower you to create and live from your own channel, not Lindsay’s. You have so much medicine to share that is all your own, and that no one else can replicate. Why repackage someone else’s when you could offer yours?
+ How do I give credit to this work and to Lindsay as one of my teachers?
Crediting and lineage is important to Lindsay and our team, and we really appreciate you taking the time to consider how it plays a role in what you're doing. We love when students of Lindsay's take what they've learned and grow it outward into their own. Including Lindsay in a statement of your own story with the Tarot would be wonderful, and then later if you're ever discussed concepts that you know are influenced by her, just mentioning so is perfect. Here are a couple of starting places we've offered in the past, and we encourage using a similar template for any teachers or sources you get inspiration from:

+ Can I share course material with a friend?
No, you may not share any materials provided to you in any of the course offerings (other than your own answers to questions and spreads) with any person who has not paid for it. Out of respect for Lindsay, her work, her work time, and any person creating something from their heart and soul, please do not share course materials with anyone who has not paid for it.
About the Courses
+ Do you offer a community space for the students of your courses to gather, connect, and ask questions?
Yes! We do offer a community connection space for participants in The Soul Tarot Training, and members of The Soul Tarot Membership.
+ I am totally brand new to Tarot, and know absolutely nothing. Will these courses be right for me?
The Soul Tarot Membership would be perfect for you!
+ I have been practicing Tarot for years. Will these courses offer me anything new?
We believe they will. Lindsay is very proud to be a teacher who serves other readers and teachers. She teaches Tarot in a way that is very unique. It is Tarot for the soul, and many of the interpretations and treatments of the cards that she teaches are different from anyone else. You will most certainly gain new information and skills from these courses, even if you are a seasoned professional.
+ Will I have access to the class materials after the courses end?
Yes! All course materials are yours to keep forever and for your personal use.
+ Are these courses as effective as learning live, or in person?
Here’s what: only you can really know the answer to this question. If you know that you are someone who does not learn well in an online/virtual space, then it may not be effective for you.
However, we absolutely believe that the course is as effective as learning live, if not more so. The online nature of the course is absolutely incredible for effective learning. With pre-recorded videos and audio, you get to flow and learn at your pace. They provide the ability to study and absorb the information at a pace that feels aligned for you.
+ Are there any live elements with Lindsay's courses, like Zoom calls?
Nearly of Lindsay's offerings are taught live via Zoom! If there is an exception to that, it will be noted :)
+ Is closed captioning and transcription available for the courses or podcast?
Yes! There is closed captioning for every video and transcription for every piece of audio for all courses and workshops. Please reach out to our Wild Soul Team at info@tarotforthewildsoul.com if you have questions about the accessibility of our course materials. All podcast episodes moving forward are transcribed, and there is a dedicated project in progress to transcribe the archive of past episodes.
+ Can I engage with the course materials offline?
Yes! All class materials are downloadable. Once you download the content, it is totally watchable offline. Please just remember that coursework is for your personal use only.
+ What is the format of worksheets? Can they be printed?
The worksheets are downloadable PDF files, and it is possible to print out the worksheets.
+ Is the syllabus listed on the course description guaranteed to stay the same?
Due to the channeled nature of this work and of Lindsay’s creative process, all syllabus items are subject to change without notice, even while a course is running. Generally, a course syllabus will adhere to the skeletal structure of what has been advertised, but it does sometimes ebb and flow. Our team is always committed to providing exceptional course material, and we appreciate your understanding that openness to change is a part of what we're learning together as a whole. This flexibility in the material ensures we're able to offer teachings from Lindsay and service to you in highest and best.
+ Why are some courses only offered once a year, or less frequently than others?
The greater the magnitude of material and support needed for a course, the greater the energetic undertaking for Lindsay and our team. We seek to create as seamless of an experience as possible for students, and honor our own capacities for creation and support. It’s an enormous privilege to share this work, but we also want to leave space for other offerings.
+ Are there any Tarot books out there that are similar to Lindsay’s style of teaching?
Lindsay has a brand new book coming out, called Tarot for the Wild Soul! If you like the style she teaches in, we recommend pre-ordering it!
+ What if I am using a different deck from the one you are teaching with? Does it matter what deck I use for these courses?
You may use any deck you like for any of the courses! Lindsay teaches a "deckless" way of learning Tarot, which means you can plug the teachings into any deck and have some kind of foundational root system. All decks are welcome.
+ Why don’t you have more, or certain decks represented in courses?
From a legal standpoint, all of our courses are protected by law with a copyright, and we must have express permission from publishers or independent deck makers to use their cards in our course materials. If we don’t have a deck in our course, either the permission process was too great or complicated, which often happens with publishing companies), or we couldn’t secure permission from a deck maker. We are always looking to feature more aligned, independently created decks in our courses! Keep checking back, as we are always adding more.
Pricing
+ How do payment plans work?
You sign up for the payment plan at the same time that you sign up for a course. You will be charged the first payment when you sign up, and then your subsequent payments will be automatically debited every following 30 days to the card on file, and will complete after the designated number of payments have been made.
+ Can I pay off the balance of my payment plan early?
Yes, you absolutely can! Please reach out to our team at info@tarotforthewildsoul.com and we will help get you sorted.
+ I’m having a billing issue or difficulty with a payment plan. What should I do?

+ Can I gift a course to someone I love?
How thoughtful and generous you are! The easiest way to gift an offering to your friend/family member/lover/partner is to sign up with their name, their email and your credit card information. If you would like to surprise them on a certain day (within the enrollment window), simply wait to sign up on that day! If the recipient of your gift has an existing Soul Tarot School account, or if you have questions about the gifting process, email info@tarotforthewildsoul.com and our team will get you taken care of.
+ Can I sponsor someone's tuition or purchase of a deck?
Hell yes!! Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and generosity! If you're currently feeling blessed with financial abundance, please consider sponsoring all or some of the tuition of an at-need student, by donating any amount to the Six of Pentacles Sponsorship Fund here. Your contribution will help make courses accessible to more individuals from all circumstances and backgrounds, and will help folks receive a deck for courses who could not otherwise.
+ Are discounts available?
We do offer the occasional earlybird discount, or bundle deal where you can get a reduced rate on a course for a very limited time. To stay updated about that, please sign up for Lindsay's mailing list here!
Kajabi Account Technical Support
+ How do I update my billing info?
There's an easy and secure way for you to update your credit card information once you have a new card. Login to your account on Kajabi, click the customer avatar in the top right corner of the page then select Settings from the dropdown. Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page and click Update next to the currently listed credit card. Compelte the prompt to enter the updated card information. Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes. After you update your card, the next payment will charge your new card.
Once you do that, the course payment processor automatically tries the card method on file every few days or so until it goes through, and you should be set moving forward.
+ How do I change my email address associated with my account?
Please sign into your account, and click on the circular icon in the top right corner of the page. Select Settings from the dropdown and there you can edit your information.
+ My payment plan lapsed and access to a course was removed from my account. How do I continue my payment plan and regain access to the course?
Please email us at info@tarotforthewildsoul.com and we’ll send you a special link to pick up your payment plan where you left off and regain access to your course!
+ Where can I view and download receipts for my purchases?
Login to your account on Kajabi, click the customer avatar in the top right corner of the page then select Settings from the dropdown. You can view purchases made on your account in the Purchase History tab below the Account Information heading.
+ I have another support question or issue. What do I do?
Please email us, and we’ll get you taken care of! In the event additional support is needed, we’ll reach out to Kajabi support to resolve your issue.
Teachable Soul Tarot School Technical Support
+ How do I update my billing info?

+ How do I change my email address associated with my account?
Our course platform doesn't allow us to change the email of a student, but thankfully there's an easy way for you to change it yourself. Once you sign into your account, you can click on the circular icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Click “Edit Profile” from the drop down menu, click “Edit Profile” again on the button to the right of your name and email. It will take you to a screen to change the email address yourself.
