What would it be like to see and work with your Tarot deck as an ally and anchor for anything that was arising in your life? What would it mean to consider each and every card as medicine, bringing a gift for your care and wellbeing with every pull?

So many of us experience challenges and points of conflict when it comes to our relationship with the Tarot. Some folks might feel deeply afraid of the cards, worrying about receiving bad or malefic news. Some folks might have painful associations with particular Tarot energies, and might feel unable or resistant to connect with certain cards because of the heteronormativity, ableism, religious themes, or older paradigm interpretations that have been layered onto them.

Using The Pillars of Soul Tarot as a map and guidepost, Lindsay will invite folks through a journey of ceremonial connection with your Tarot deck, leading folks through deep and reflective Tarot pulls, designed to help undo some of these blocks or points of challenging, and help folks to begin to rewild and reclaim a fresh relationship with the cards.

All levels of Tarot experience are warmly welcomed at this workshop.

What are the Pillars of Soul Tarot?

Lindsay is the creator of Soul Tarot®, an intentional reinterpretation and approach to the cards, considering them from an inclusive, heart-led, trauma-informed, non-predictive framework. The Pillars of Soul Tarot offer a gentle guidepost for a rooted, nourishing, and flexible relationship with the cards.

  • There are no “good” or “bad” cards in the Tarot — all cards bring medicine.

  • The present moment is all there is, and the present moment is where Tarot shines most brightly.

  • Each card that we pull is an invitation (not necessarily a decree or harbinger of what is to come).

  • We’re allowed to be messy when we go to our Tarot decks.

  • The Tarot is spiralic (and so are we).

  • No Tarot card requires an external element to exist.

  • Are we being inclusive or exclusive with our Tarot interpretations?

  • Everything in a Tarot practice is flexible and mutable. There truly are no rules.

Do you have additional questions about Tarot as Medicine Workshop? Email info@tarotforthewildsoul.com and our team would be happy to assist you.

  • Anyone with a Tarot deck who is interested in forming a more soul-led, trusting, heartfelt relationship with it.

  • Folks who are not interested in a soul-led relationship with their Tarot deck, or who are overly subscribed to an old paradigm take on the cards (ex, “this card is bad,” etc), and who isn’t interested in evolving that perspective.

Folks who are expecting or hoping for a Tarot 101 class — we will dive into structural elements of the deck, but this workshop is NOT a theory class.

  • No. This workshop is devoted to helping folks to undo and rewild some of the challenges, and difficulties they might have with their Tarot practice. It is a beautiful and important part of the work we do as readers — to unpack the biases and blocks that might be keeping us from a rich and rewarding relationship with their decks. That said, we will cover many of the cards, but not all of them, as this is not a Tarot 101 workshop.

  • Yes! The workshop will be recorded and transcribed for participants.
