Terms & Conditions - Readings with Lindsay Mack

1. BEFORE PURCHASING
Before purchasing, please see our policies below. Click through to our full terms and policies for more information.
No Refunds: There are no refunds after purchase. Please deeply consider your needs before purchasing a reading or session with Lindsay. If there is an extenuating circumstance (i.e., loss of life), a refund/cancellation will be considered if acceptable documentation is provided.
Payment Plans: There are no payment plans for readings or sessions with Lindsay. All payments must be made in full.
Recording and Transcription: Readings and sessions are held over Zoom and are recorded and automatically transcribed, so that a copy can be shared with you. Zoom is a third-party service we do not control, and we cannot guarantee the privacy or security of a session, recording, or transcript. If you would prefer not to be recorded, email us at least 24 hours beforehand and we will turn recording and transcription off.
Gifting Readings: We welcome you to gift a Threshold Reading to a loved one, but we do not allow Soul Tarot Readings/Intuitive Support Sessions to be gifted. If you do gift a Soul Tarot Reading/Intuitive Support Session without an awareness of this policy, we will kindly refund you and work with you to possibly gift a Threshold Reading in lieu of a Soul Tarot Reading/Intuitive Support Session. We can’t allow Soul Tarot Readings/Intuitive Support Sessions to be gifted as the recipient is not able to agree to all of the shared agreements on the intake form at the time of purchase and we would like to ensure that the recipient has fully consented to receive a reading. Submitting Question for Readings: Lindsay needs to know what you would like the reading/session to be about prior to the reading/session (or if you are purchasing a Threshold reading, prior to the week that you will receive your reading). If you fail to submit a question or respond to a request to add more context to your question (gentle reminder that questions don’t need to be lengthy or detailed, just a few solid sentences on the intention or the “why” of your reading is perfect!), Lindsay is entitled to cancel and refund this reading or session without notice if they do not hear from you 48 hours before the reading/session (or if you are purchasing a Threshold reading, 48 hours prior to the week of the reading) and they are entitled to cancel the reading/session without a refund if they don’t hear from you 12 hours before the reading/session (or if you are purchasing a Threshold reading, 12 hours before the week of the reading).

2. Terms & Conditions Agreement for Soul Tarot Readings
While readings with Lindsay are intuitive channeling experiences, I understand that they are not predictive, that Lindsay is not a psychic and they will not predict the future for me, nor will they tell me what will happen.
I understand that Lindsay will not tap into or read on another person in my life.
I understand that what Lindsay says in these readings are an invitation, and I am free -- and, in fact, empowered -- to take or leave that invitation.
I understand that Lindsay is not a doctor or therapist, and that these sessions are not a substitute for therapeutic or medical care. If Lindsay feels that I might be more benefitted from a doctor, therapist, or other specialist, they will kindly refund me and recommend that I seek other counsel elsewhere.
I understand that nothing I share in a reading is legally privileged or protected by any professional confidentiality rule, and that no therapist-patient, physician-patient, or attorney-client relationship is created. Lindsay will not sell my session content or share it publicly without my written permission.
I understand that my reading is held over Zoom, that it will be recorded and automatically transcribed so that a copy can be shared with me, and I consent to that. I understand that Zoom and the other services used to schedule and deliver my reading are operated by third parties Lindsay does not control, that Lindsay cannot guarantee the privacy, security, or confidentiality of my reading or its recording or transcript, and I accept that risk.
I understand that if I would prefer not to be recorded, I may say so in writing at least 24 hours beforehand. I understand that recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days and then deleted, that I may request deletion sooner by emailing info@tarotforthewildsoul.com, and that Lindsay can only delete copies within Lindsay’s control.
I understand that I must have a specific question or inquiry (even if it is as simple as, "What am I being invited to pay attention to in the year ahead?") in order to have a reading with Lindsay. I understand that the investment for a reading with Lindsay is $450 for 60 minutes, and must be paid before an appointment is confirmed.
We do not allow Soul Tarot Readings to be gifted. If you do gift a Soul Tarot Reading without an awareness of this policy, we will kindly refund you and work with you to possibly gift a Threshold Reading in lieu of a Soul Tarot Reading. Please see the terms and conditions on the sales page for further info. I understand that there are no discounts and no refunds for services, other than the limited circumstances described in our published policies. I understand that Lindsay needs to know what I would like the reading to be about prior to my reading. If I fail to submit my question, Lindsay is entitled to cancel and refund this reading without notice if they do not hear from me 48 hours before the reading and they are entitled to cancel the reading without a refund if they don’t hear from me 12 hours before the reading.

I understand that the services used to record, store, and deliver my reading are operated by third parties Lindsay does not control, and that Lindsay cannot guarantee their privacy or security. I understand that recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days and then deleted, and that I may request deletion sooner by emailing info@tarotforthewildsoul.com.
